If not, please verify the IR sensor frequencies of your car DVD player (refer to your DVD manual or consult the car manufacturer), as SIMOLIO infrared headphones are only suitable for in-car DVDs that use the universal infrared frequency (Channel A: L/2.3MHZ, R/2.8MHZ; Channel B: L/3.2MHZ, R/3.8MHZ).

Using non-universal DVDs may result in compatibility issues, such as no sound, one-sided sound, or intermittent sound. To address these concerns, you can purchase a SIMOLIO infrared transmitter, which connects seamlessly with SIMOLIO infrared headphones. Alternatively, for Bluetooth-enabled DVDs, you can consider purchasing a compatible Bluetooth headset from our store.

Please note that the sound quality may be affected by the IR transmitting angle and distance. The best audio signal will be obtained if you sit directly in front of the monitor within 33 feet. If you sit on either side of the monitor, you can expect the same great reception within 35 degrees to the left or the right of the monitor.
