SIMOLIO's infrared headphones are compatible with most car DVD systems, but they are not Bluetooth headphones. To ensure compatibility, please check the "Have a question?/Customer questions (& answers)" section for a list of compatible models. If your car's DVD system uses original digital IR or Bluetooth technology, these headphones may not work. In such cases, you can use a SIMOLIO infrared transmitter (SM-264D or SM-261A) or consider purchasing a compatible Bluetooth headset from our store.

Please note the limitations of the IR system, such as the transmitting angle and distance. Sound may become distorted if the headphones are too far away or not in sight of the IR transmitter (DVD). To get the best performance, use 2xAAA premium alkaline batteries, ensure the volume is sufficient on both the DVD player and the headphones, and try both channel options (A and B) as your vehicle may be transmitting on either channel.

The SIMOLIO infrared headphones allow backseat passengers to enjoy excellent sound clarity from movies, videos, and music without disturbing other passengers and drivers, making them the perfect companion for family car travel.
